2. Account Delivery

We aim to deliver your subscription details within a few minutes to a few hours after purchase. In rare cases, it may take up to 24 hours depending on demand or technical issues.

3. Refunds & Replacements

You are eligible for a refund or replacement only if:

• The subscription is not working

• You report the issue within 48 hours of receiving it
  

4. Prohibited Actions

• Changing account settings (email, password, profile name, etc.)

• Sharing the account outside your household

• Using VPNs or tools that violate platform terms

Doing any of the above may result in your subscription being deactivated without a refund.

5. Limitation of Liability

CheapBunk is not responsible for any losses caused by improper use of the subscription or service interruptions caused by the platform (e.g., Netflix, Spotify, etc.) itself.

6. Changes to Terms

We may update our terms from time to time. It’s your responsibility to review them before making a new purchase.
